So I'm sure you will have seen the news late last night. The Fabrizio Romano reported Florian Verde to Liverpool here we go he said Liverpool verbally agreed a deal in

principle with by a levacuzing for package reaching 150 million euros with the add-ons included

play aside already agreed two weeks ago with move now intimate versus for medical and contract

signing so I came out last night the internet went mental obviously then David

Dornstein came out and said it's not quite done yet this story seems to have been led from the german side more over than

the liverpool side of things it looks to me like the liverpool journalists have been one step

behind i would say on this transfer from the get-go um. It felt like it's gone on longer than it has,

I'm sure, to everybody because we're all desperate for it to get over the line, aren't we?

But it's only been a couple of weeks, really, since it was reported that there was a chance

that Florian Verst wouldn't go to Bayern Munich

and that Liverpool were interested if they felt that the player didn't want to go to

Bayern Munich. Obviously it's moved on quickly at points and slowly at others. David

Ornstein obviously coming out last night say it's not quite there yet.

I've probably put everybody on the back burner a little bit.

But I do find the wording quite interesting in Romano's tweet.

And what I will say again, and I'll just repeat this because this is what I find really interesting.

Liverpool verbally agree deal in principle.

That sounds like conversations have been had about a next, the next bid for Florian Verts.

Maybe sounding out there sort of, if we were to bid this would this be agreeable type of

scenario rather than we've bid this and you've accepted because that wouldn't be a verbal

agreement that would be a bid and an acceptance.

So I do wonder whether there was a bit of, well, what about if we said this and would
