Welcome to the Wholesalinging podcast. I am your host today, Brent Bowers, the Landman,

and today I have a really cool episode for you. We've got a TTP memory. He's been with the

TTP program Wholeselling Inc. for about a year now. But today we're going to be talking

about a special land deal that he did.

And it was kind of jarred. It jarred his memory when we had a conversation about a week

and a half ago about him coming into the Landsharks method, the Landsharks program, the community.

And he's like, Brent, you know, you kind of jogged my memory about a land deal I did by

accident. I didn't know what the heck I was doing. And he just told it to me on the phone. I was like, bro, we got to do a podcast. And he's going to break it down in this podcast. And I wish we would have recorded more. But after we stopped the record button, he's like, you know, I was, I was mailing for multiple months. And I got two callbacks and two of them were on land, but I was

mailing houses. Mailing houses got two callbacks on land. Some of the easiest conversations
