So today is going to be a quick power episode. I got an email from one of my JV partner

slash consulting clients and they said, Todd, how do you manage your day?

How do you manage your time? So everybody's day is going to look different. But today, I'm going to

give you one of the easiest ways to manage your day as a real estate wholesaler. And so one of the things that is inspired by, that inspired

the technique that I give you is two people. Number one is Stephen Covey. And the other one

is one of my mentors, Dan Sullivan from Strategic Coach. And so the two things that, the images that

I want to bring to you are number one from

Stephen Covey.

And he basically had this glass bowl, right?

And it was a demonstration of time management or how we live our life.

And the first thing that he did was he stuck, you know, big rocks, big large rocks into this glass

container. And he said, and he filled it up to the top. And he asked everybody, is it empty? And

everyone said, no. So then he took, uh, some pebbles and he poured it in, right? And the pebbles

went all the way to the top.

And he says, is it empty?
