So when I started of fortune in wholesaling.

So when I started out and land, I was doing a bunch of smaller deals. And these smaller deals, like a couple hundred dollar deals, a couple thousand dollar deals, maybe

ten thousand max fifteen thousand a lot of these deals were determined by the amount of

money that I had in my bank account and if I didn't have the money in my bank

accounts to do this deal I would just assign the contract and be happy with

making a you know a $5,000 assignment fee or a $10,000 assignment fee.
