Good to hear. Yeah. Yeah. Good, a good episode this week, episode number 24 with Bill Powers.

Yeah, actually Bill was a really interesting guest.

I really enjoyed kind of getting to know his story a little bit.

He's just written a, released a book,

at the end of last year, called New Slow City,

where he and his wife moved to the inner,

you know, urban jungle of Manhattan

and try and live a slow city life. It's really interesting because he's

previously lived, he's done like the Thoreau-Waldon pond kind of existence where he lived

in a 12 by 12 cabin in one of the Carolinas for a year and wrote a book about that.

And then this is the exact opposite, basically, trying to live a slow, simple,

intentional kind of life in the busiest city in the world.

It's really, really interesting.

We couldn't do it.

No.

We, because that's essentially one of the reasons why we left the city and moved out here.

Oh, look, I think, I actually think that we could do it.

I mean, it's, it's all about where you also want to live.

And, you know, choice is a big part of it.

He, you know, talks a bit about his, their reasons for, for not moving to the country when they look to slow down, but rather to move to the city. And some of it was
