for communities urban suburban and rural because if done right it will mean equitable access

to economic opportunity for marginalized communities because it means that those nine rural hospitals

that have closed in 10 years can be replaced and more built. It means clinics can be built

in underserved areas. It means rural broadband which is the rural electrification of our time.

It means environmental remediation where there's been contamination. It means the kinds of investments

and clean energy that mean we're not only building a sustainable economy but also one

where Georgia is the leading producer of clean energy in the region.

And that is an initiative that can unite the people of this state that can break down partisan barriers.
