often, but she is one of the most influential women in Washington, particularly when it

comes to the judiciary. Carrie Severino of the Judicial Crisis Network is here to join

us today since 2005. She has been the leading voice on the conservative side in vetting judges

in a public court judges and of course Supreme Court justices and we just happen to have a

Supreme Court nomination hearing coming up on Tuesday next week with Judge Amy Coney

Barrett and Carrie is going to break it all down for us. How we vet these judges? What could

happen? How does the issue of Catholic faith going to play into the hearing or not? How the

Democrats might act? How the defenders on the conservative side will play this out and what will

happen before election day? Will we have a ninth justice back on the Supreme Court and of course,

given the fact that Kamala Harris last night wouldn't talk about this? We'll also ask Carrie

about that question that we're all thinking. Are the Democrats thinking of packing the Supreme Court,

adding more than nine justices to flip it their way? It's a great question. We'll have to wait and see,
