0:55.0	I've watched them in New Mexico work on issues and they are involved in all kinds of other issues.
0:59.0	But the issue that they're working on is someone call it privatization of their wildlife resource.
1:05.0	New Mexico does have the most landowner tags, vouchers, whatever you want to call them.
1:11.0	Of any state.
1:14.0	When we get done with this, I hope that you see how relevant this is to you and the issues in your state
1:21.0	because what this really comes down to is the public trustees of the public trust.
1:29.0	Not doing what they're supposed to do, not feeling accountable to the citizens of that state
1:37.0	who are the beneficiaries of the public trust in that state.
1:41.0	A few basic things we know.
1:44.0	The North American model says we have a state-based system.
1:47.0	So I am not a beneficiary of the New Mexico trust or the Wyoming trust or the Alaska trust or the Illinois trust.
1:56.0	I am a beneficiary as a resident of Montana.
