about hate crimes on public transport and this is basically a campaign where we address serious

worrying incidents on the TFL network. These kind of abuse includes anti-social behaviour,

star abuse, drunken behaviour tool, starf and hate crimes towards customers and staff.

To be honest, I think a lot of us have seen a hate crime even if it's on social media.

So I remember seeing a video where someone was told to go back to their country,

go back to where they came from. I've seen a video where someone has been told to speak English,

or in England. As a viewer, first of all, you sympathise with the person that's experiencing it.

Of course, yeah. You just think, I can't even imagine what it must feel like to

be in that situation and most of the times when I've seen these videos, no one is doing anything.

Yeah. And even as, like, I get the bystander effect as well because you're worried that you'll

then become a victim. But I think ultimately what this campaign is trying to raise awareness about

is the fact that you can report these incidents and you should be reporting it. It doesn't matter

if it hasn't happened to you, you can report these incidents. I myself experienced something

on public transport and I'm not sure if it was a hate crime. I feel like it was because everyone

else around me didn't look like me, but I was the victim. And it was basically two men. I was

travelling home from work late. I was only 17 at the time. And when I was on the bus, I saw a

reflection of this guy. So I was sitting by the exit doors and I was looking at the glass

and I saw this guy putting two fingers up at me and all that. I didn't do nothing to you.

It was totally unprovoked. When I say I did not interact with this guy, I did nothing to him.

So I was like, he can't be doing it at me, but yet I'm the only person, the side of the bus.

And then when he was getting off, I had my headphones in. When he was getting off, he was like
