Donald Trump's administration is flagrantly undermining

the First Amendment of the Constitution. In fact, what we're seeing just in the last 48 hours,

even before, but really in the last 48 hours, is the single biggest attack on free speech by state

actors I've ever seen in my life, unfolding before our eyes.

Administration is currently dealing with the fallout from ABC's decision to suspend talk show

host Jimmy Kimmel indefinitely following an explicit threat from Trump's FCC chair, Brendan Carr.

To recap, Kimmel made a joke on air where he suggested that the man

who killed Charlie Kirk in that awful murder was a supporter of the MAGA movement. Now, that is not true.
