| 1:07.4 | really cool. It was a science and wisdom of traditional diets where she went all over the world, |
| 1:10.7 | looking at what people ate and came up with some really sensible advice that was pretty important |
| 1:15.2 | in sort of taking away some of the extremes of what people think about diet. She wrote a book called |
