| 0:55.3 | The fatter you are, the less vitamin D you're going to have. |
| 0:59.0 | The beast people have very low vitamin D levels. |
| 1:02.0 | When you lose weight, you actually increase your vitamin D level. |
| 1:07.8 | But why? |
| 1:08.8 | Why does your vitamin D levels go up when you lose weight? |
| 1:11.4 | In order to understand that, we have to understand a couple additional things. |
| 1:15.8 | So there's this relationship between fat and vitamin D. |
| 1:18.6 | The less vitamin D you have, the fatter you're going to become and the less vitamin D you |
