So you have the, you have an incredible amount of inventory owned by baby boomers, right? So think primary houses, think secondary homes, vacation vacation homes all that kind of stuff right so

the baby boomers are the most wealthy generation biggest up up until the millennials the biggest

generation by far the wealthiest generation in the history of the country so as those baby boomers

age right through liquidation of estates, through passing on the assets
