My question for you, Gary, is out of all the experiences that you've had as an entrepreneur,

considering your successes and your failures?

Yes.

What is one thing that you've learned that you wish you understood when you just started out?

That my biggest vulnerability was that I value positivity so much that it's skewed too far,

and I was unable to give critical feedback, which led me to not being as candorous as it's required

to be a leader, which led to people for a good 20 years of my career,

be surprised shocked or appalled by being fired, because I didn't give a good enough feedback

during the process, and that my kindness and compassion was my strength, but also was my macro strength.

I was a micro-bonerability and needed to be rounded out with candor and feedback.
