You know, the research is out and it shows that social media really does affect you.

It can affect your mood, it could affect your self-image, but how should we allow it to affect us? Yeah, and despite the research,

it seems like so many of us, and I'm going to put myself in that category too, we still stay on

social media. Why is that? Why do we have this love-hate relationship with Instagram? And we're saying Instagram in

particular, but we mean all of social media. We just assume a lot of our listeners are on

Instagram. So why is this? Why the love-hate relationship? So today, we are going to interview

on Elise from Feminine, not Feminist. And it was just such a fabulous conversation.

Yeah, she's a deep thinker. We would call her an apologist, a writer, and she has a lot to say

about this topic, not just social media in general, but how it impacts our marriage.

And we also throw a curveball at her at the end.
