I'm Tony Wiggins, the host of the barbershop here on Locked-on NFL.

He is Chris Carter, my host every single Thursday. Let me let you know what the show

is going to be about today. In the third segment, we'll hit Rebuilding Miami. Right before that,

bears and lions look to repair their trenches, but we're going to start to show at the very top with

fixing the bucks and why it's uncomfortable. There's no better person to talk to about this because Chris Carter, you know,

you were up there with Mike Thomas, a good man, does everything right,

but plays for an organization that actually is not coach-centric.

It is ownership and legacy-centric.

Tampa Bay is a little bit the same way because Jason liked and the fact that they won two Super Bowls in the last two decades.

I think Todd Bowles is a good man and a good coach.

In fact, I've heard that from a lot of people.

But I do think much like Mike Tomlin, much like Mike McCarthy when he was in Green Bay, things have gotten stale.

And when they get stale, you have to

change if the organization itself isn't going to change. Sometimes the change has to be in the
