Y'all, we've been talking so much about minis lately.

There's like this mini bananza.

People are going nuts, so we're having minis, and there are children that love the minis, and it's just like, there's holidays, and you can sample things.

And we were like, okay, we need to get a cosmetic packaging expert on this podcast because, sure, yes, we love the minis, but they are a nightmare when it comes to recycling.

And we happen to post on our Instagram a video from a person that you guys may know as

Allison Turquoise on Instagram, TikTok, but she works in cosmetic packaging.

So today we have Allison Kent Gunn. She has over seven years of

experience behind the scenes. And she is collaborated with beauty brands ranging from indie to

international to bring their product packaging from ideation all the way to mass production,

which I think is such a fascinating job. She started in the beauty

industry working for a skincare laboratory that emphasized science-based skin care education,

we love to hear it, which fueled her passion for making science and sustainability education

accessible for beauty consumers and industry insiders alike. She currently works as sales
