I went from being unable to run a mile to conquering four marathons the following year.

Now, I want to help others manufacture big breakthroughs of their own.

The actual getting on stage with a mic is the easiest part of it.

Any stand-up will tell you that.

It's hearing from the club that the tickets aren't selling or, you know, oh my God, is my

flight going to be delayed because of the snowstorm or whatever?

Or oh my God, I was so excited to go into town and now they're in the final four of the

basketball thing so no one's going to come to the stupid comedy club.

Like, you don't know all those factors. So now I'm excited about going back to these cities and, you know,

go into places that are not huge that will sell out right away, hopefully,

and just go and have fun and just enjoy, like, the art of it.

And also just being more free, like, a few times I've done it.

I'm not so, you know, prior to it, I was doing a special. So it was like a very tight hour.

And that's great, but I actually have more fun with the improvisational aspect of it

and coming up with so much new material and on the spot.
