because I see something that needs to be addressed all right you got a Tuesday you got

a Thursday now you're getting a Friday send me a cookie don't really actually because

I'm on a diet but I just got back from Gary V's agent 2021 yesterday and it was awesome

there was a lot of people that came out a lot of people that came out specifically for

me from all over the country as far away as Peru Panama all these different play I thought

I was totally humbled and blown away thank you guys for doing that a lot of millennials man

a lot of millennials it was a it was a real estate insurance conference salesperson conference

basically a lot of independent agents and we were talking about branding and I had a conversation

actually more than a few times yesterday because it was a mix of a lot of millennials and

a few older people and the older people all had the same thing to say man they said like

this they would make some sort of snarky remark towards millennials which really irritates

me okay I have built a very very strong brand and strong company with almost exclusively

millennials and most people don't realize that and they say these things to me like you

know the typical shit that people say to millennials oh they're lazy oh they're not focused oh

they're this oh they're that and they act like they're better than than the millennial generation

and dude you know if you look at the millennial generation they built some pretty badass shit

okay look at all the technology look at all the apps look at all the social media that's

being developed by people who are in that generation it's amazing okay not just that there's

a trillion other things too they have huge benefits and and I always take this time to stop

people in their tracks and I say look man I think you're fucking wrong I think millennials are
