The coaches have to clearly communicate the role for each player.

But then it's up to the players to go embrace that role.

Or if they don't like it, do something about it.

He was asked about the NFL player survey, was asked about some of the things that held this

team back this year. He talked about wanting to be able to finish a little bit better.

And of course, that's something that you have to be focused on. And the thing that stood out to me was this idea that guys were not bought in and not bought

into what they were doing specifically.

And what he said was, to me, the perfect answer, which is, it's up to the coaches.
