bill every month of $45.

And then he gets a whopping $7,500 bill.

You made the mistake of tying his account to autopay.

The city pulls the money out of his account despite the fact that he's contesting the

bill and them telling him they wouldn't pull the money out of his account.

And then the city of Houston that works for the taxpayers, they won't provide a comment

to KHOU, the local TV station and they won't respond to the man.

They've just taken $7,500 from him and they have nothing to say, way to go Sylvester.

Sylvester Turner still can't believe the huge water bill he received for his 1500 square

foot home in East End.

My bill's usually $45 average, it's never been over a hundred.

But it's bill was thousands of dollars over his average.

And when he called the city to figure out what was wrong, they told him.

Everything's going to be handled.

You can't do anything right now.

All you can do is wait.

His account was frozen.
