Why insurance rentals? Like, what does that even mean?

It's been insurance for a long time, and we have somebody in there paying $6,800 a month.

We have a house you bought for $100,000. Yes. We have a 15-year note at $1,200 a month.

I mean, insurance is the best because no one's upset. They're just happy to be placed in a nice house.

Yeah. We're happy to provide a nice house for a great rate. And the insurance just needs to take care of

their people. Then the interesting thing was, what's going on, wealth builders? Today, we are going

to talk about IMTRs. You probably never heard of it, but we're talking about these insurance rentals

and how they can cash flow crazy amounts of money.

I'm talking three grand a month, five grand a month, nine grand a month.

And let me tell you, I'm skeptical too because I'm always a hater of any time I hear cash flow and rentals.

But when the insurance company's paying, all bets are off.

Yeah. So what about insurance? Like why why insurance rentals? Like what does that even mean?

Yeah, what does that mean? You know, we didn't know this going into it. We got thrust into this

nine years ago. And we were in a bad situation. We had a condo. We got married 2010. I had a condo

that I bought previous to that. And in 2007, I refinanced it. And then in 2008,

everything crashed. In 2008, 9, I was underwater big time.

And people were saying, like, bro, just walk away.
