For me to walk from my bedroom to the bathroom,

I fainted a few times face down because my iron or ferretin level was zero.

Like there's corpses that have a better iron level than that.

And I'm thinking, what can I do?

What kind of action can I take that shows faith?

I mean, I'm sick, I'm broke, I'm busted, disgusted, whatever.

I'm a failure according to every measure of the world.

But something inside of me got me up in my boxer shorts, in my beard,

not because it was fashionable,

but because I couldn't have the strength to shave

or afford to lose any blood.

I walked those seven steps, and I called to my mom to take my picture. And she came, what's wrong, what's wrong? I said, Mom, please take my picture. And she said, I don't want to take your picture. It breaks my heart just to look at you. And I said, Mom, take the picture. And she said, why do you insist? Can't we wait till you're well? And I said, mom, you need to take this picture

because the world's not going to believe what God's about to do in my life.

Well, welcome to culture and Christianity. The premise here is that our faith isn't just something

theoretical that we gather in a church and talk about. It has to be lived out across the breadth of our life.

It has to change the culture in which we find ourselves.

Our faith isn't real.
