1:18.4 | And so if you have deficiencies going into a fast, especially just a water fast, without |
1:25.7 | taking any supplements, especially certain minerals, you can have various symptoms. |
1:30.8 | You can feel weak, you can feel sick, you can have digestive problems, you can feel faint. |
1:37.6 | So what I recommend when you're fasting is to take supplements, vitamins, minerals, |
1:43.4 | trace minerals, omega-3 fatty acids. |
1:46.6 | But you're something else that you can do that will help you replenish some of these |
1:49.8 | minerals. |
1:50.8 | And that would be consuming a vegetable broth that you actually make at your home. |
