look Brentford played without Ivan Tony on Sunday you know a player that's been so

instrumental to what Brentford have managed to achieve in the Premier League.

Were you surprised to see that he was actually left out completely for that match?

Yeah I was, I was really surprised.

Firstly, of course he played for England at the European Championship, so he didn't feature

too much in Brentford's pre-season preparations, but he did play a little bit, and there are four-old draw

against Walsburg a couple of weeks ago.

He took part in training all week. I went to the

press conference on Friday and Thomas Frank said Tony had trained with a smile on

his face with a good attitude and he's available to Sunday and I think also it's important to

contextualise that this is not the first time that Tony's been the subject of a lot of

attention right? Previously it was linked to his you know alleged gambling activity
