Fat loss is simple, and oftentimes it can be pretty easy at first too. But the most difficult

part about fat loss is when you reach a plateau and all the great results you are seeing week to

week come to a screeching halt, leaving you feeling stuck and wondering what to do in order to

get your results rolling again. And so in this podcast, you're going to learn the most common reasons for fat loss

stalls and plateaus. How to identify the difference between a stall and a plateau? Because a

stall is more of a delay in the progress you are making, while a plateau is a literal dead stop

in that progress you were making. And last but not least, I'm going to give you some simple

strategies to break through any stall or plateau you face so that you can continue progressing towards your results

So the first thing I teach our coaches and we teach our clients inside of our coaching is the

AAA method, the AAA. And what this is, assess, adjust, accelerate. Pretty simple.

We need to assess what is going on in the diet, what is going on in the training,

what is going on the cardio, the lifestyle, anything that could potentially cause the slowdown

or stall to happen with that loss progress, then we need to adjust the plan in any part of the

plan based on what we have found and discovered in the assessment phase, and from the adjustment,
