Donni and I then share our own stories of leaving corporate America. Donni talks about her emotional decision to leave a job where she felt disrespected and how her mother's eventual support of her entrepreneurial journey was a turning point. I discuss my calculated approach, setting a quit number and ensuring consistent income from my business before making the leap.
