Do you feel like you are trying so hard to stay on track, but for some reason you just can't? 

 

It feels like no matter how hard you try, you still eat that tub of ice cream, or you skip your workouts, or you drink that half a bottle of wine at night. 

 

You don't know why you keep doing it when you know you none of those things aren't going to help you reach your goals.
