You returned to us a blue fort escape a while back, correct? Right. I had some questions regarding that car. Okay, what about it? After we had got it back from you, we realized that the seatbelt buckle was broken. Well, it wasn't broken when I returned it. You people obviously checked it and signed off on the paperwork. We're going to have to make some charges here. How can you go back and charge me after you people have already checked it and signed up on the paperwork? I have the paperwork that says that you checked it, everything was fine before I left the dealership. Miss, no need to get snippy with us. Wouldn't you get a little pissed off, no offense?

I got a little pissed off when I found out that in the passenger side there was a stain in there that was covered up. How was it covered up? Maybe you'd like to tell me that story. mileage on this vehicle. How would I do that? With a screwdriver. You've got to be kidding me.

I turned in the car early so I wouldn't go over the mileage. And I paid the last freaking payment $2,000 to get out of my lease early. You've got to be kidding me.
