talk gun or Tom Talk Gun a few days ago I was able to grab Austin Knutzen, he is the attorney general of the state of Montana.

He's doing his tour all over the place, doing appearances, making talks, doing the right thing,

but he's also heading up a group of attorneys general who are taking a lot of

action on the Second Amendment.

Here's that interview.

Hey Austin, I know that you're on the road and you are taking care of things but saw that you just filed I guess another amicus with a bunch of attorneys general. You want to bring us up to speed?

Sure, yeah, Tom, then happy to be on. Thanks for having me. This is an amicus brief that we filed in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Now, if you know your geography, you know Montana, we're not in the Fourth Circuit, we're in the Ninth Circuit.

So why does Montana care about

what's going on in Maryland? Well they're trying to trample on the brewing decision

over in Maryland. That's what this comes down to. So in the Bruin decision that came out of the US Supreme Court,

Bruin decision says, okay, yeah, there probably are some historical precedents where we can

restrict Second Amendment rights.

And the Bruin decision specifically named three.

It said government buildings, schools, and

corn houses. Pollin, polling places. and courthouses. Courthouses?

Oh, polling places.

Yep.
