habits are really easy to develop, but good habits do take a lot of discipline.

I actually wanted to specifically find a guest that could talk about this topic, why developing

habits matters for every leader, and I found somebody.

His name is Andy Upp Richard.

Andy's actually the vice president of a company called CES Schools.

It's a nonprofit that helps students that are underprivileged be able to just grow in their ability to learn and to really make it further in life.

I believe that he oversees currently 10 schools and it might be more coming up soon.

But he's in charge of creating all their curriculum, of running all those

schools and their creditations. They're actually considered one of the highest credited schools

in their class within the United States, which is absolutely just a huge deal. Andy is nothing

short of a legend because many of us struggled our way through school. We had terrible habits,

right? Bad eating. We didn't sleep at night. You know, you stayed all night, pull all nighters all the time and eating terrible. All those

different things were bad habits. But somehow, this is the guy who's making the curriculum for

people and he's developed a lot of good habits to be able to focus as a job and to be able to do

so well himself in the area of educating and continue to become a better leader for all these different
