0:08.1	getting over the worst kidney infection of my entire life, plus an extreme allergy to the antibiotic
0:15.6	that I was put on. I was in the hospital. Won't he do it? Back today, feeling great.
0:21.8	Went to the gym this morning, struggle bus, but we have made it to the other side.
0:26.2	Grateful today more than ever for the ability to sit before you and chat about life
0:32.1	and all the good things that we can do as teachers to make ourselves feel a little bit more free.
0:38.5	Today, we're going to talk about why creating a teacher podcast could be your best idea yet.
0:46.5	So let me set the scene for you for just a second.
0:48.8	It's 2018.
0:50.7	I decided to leave the classroom because I was selling my lesson plans online and I thought,
0:56.1	hey, I'm making $100,000 a year.
0:58.6	I'm going to leave the classroom and I'm going to see how this whole thing goes.
1:03.1	So at this point, I'm about seven months pregnant and I decide to launch a podcast a few weeks
1:09.9	before I launched my very first online course or my first
1:13.9	program out into the world.
1:15.8	At the time, the show was called, if you've been here since the very beginning, oh, you're
1:20.7	the best, the Go Getters podcast because it was just something I came up with.
1:26.0	I don't know what I was thinking.
1:29.2	We later changed it to match our business, of course, the CEO teacher and to be a little bit more niche specific,
1:33.8	but I knew at the time that I had a program. I was going to launch and it was called back then,
1:40.7	can anyone guess? Drumroll please. called transform your resources and i had learned
1:49.6	kind of the idea of what a launch runway was how to get people excited about something and i said
