From concept to final product, a master manages and calculates every aspect of their craft. The environment, the expectations, the communication throughout. The catch is, the only tried and true way to master something is to gain experience doing it the wrong way. So what do you do when it's not working out?
In this episode, I respond to this very question from Rod covering topics such as the creative gap, performing in high-pressure situations, managing risk, and how to communicate with the client if expectations aren't aligning. Ultimately, how you handle these scenarios is why clients will (or will not) call you back.
Enjoy!
