Well, well, well, just as we predicted and have been talking about for a long, long time.

Here's an article hot off the press. Tax-weary Americans flee blue states

for Republican-led Southern Havens. This is bound to happen, folks. And this is not the only

story that's a recent story. This is happening at record pace.

What's happening in the blue states is not sustainable.

There is fierce competition in America right now.

Absolutely fierce competition.

Where people are migrating to states that actually make sense, where they're not trashed for being wealthy, where they're not accused of being shysters because they grow successful companies.

And so they're fleeing the blue states. And I believe this is, in the end, good news.

I remember back when Rush Limbaugh was still alive, and he was talking during the Obama recession.

And he said, you know, part of the problem is we have all these banks that are, quote,

too big to fail.

And the American government, on the backs of all of us taxpayers, they bail them out.

They prop them up.

They superficially prop these banks up that overland, over extend.

Same with the housing bubble.

A big part of that.

And what led to the bank bailouts was the housing bubble, where they would give loans out to anybody it didn't matter what uh what your

credit score was they they over lent to people and it came back and it bit the banks but instead of

allowing the banks to fail,
