Let's start with Chris Wilder's exit as manager of Sheffield United then with the

athletics Richard Sutcliffe. We were just having a little chat before we started recording

Richard and actually having read your piece as well, which is fantastic. You were ready to

appear on this podcast maybe in January, thinking that he would have gone then? Yeah, very much so. In the work of the Palace game, you know, I actually, I thought he'd go. And I think, well, I certainly know people very, very close to him, thought he'd go as well. It got to that. There was a week until the FA Cup came around, which was Bristol Rovers, and he'd just had enough.

Everything had built over sort of a couple of months, and it got worse and worse, and by then,

relations had soured. I just think the relationship had broken down. It's been quite remarkable,

really, that it's sort of carried on for another, what, nine, ten weeks.

I mean, it sounds like he's been under pressure for quite a long time,

not from fans or necessary.
