this is breathtaking. As I'm viewing this, as I'm recording this podcast, it's just

otherworldly. And that is why I want to talk about the topic of today's show,

which is slightly different from the real estate strategy, from the business strategy,

but this topic applies as much to the person that is just getting started with saving

their first couple thousand bucks to the person that's investing their first couple hundred

thousand, to the multi, multi-millionaire that listens to this podcast that is running their first couple hundred thousand to the multi multi millionaire

that listens to this podcast that is running a successful business. The same advice applies to

every level of the game. And it is advice that I feel I implement very well in my life. This is

something that I actually think that I'm qualified to speak on very, very well, better than 99% of people.

And hopefully this piece of advice will help you guys with your lives, with your businesses as well.

The advice is this. Why are we always saving money for a rainy day, but we are never saving money

for a sunny day? This is a concept I just came up with, and I'm proud of it.
