Summary

We can cry out of sadness, fear, frustration, anger, or even joy. But why do streams of liquid leave our eyes? The truth is no one really knows for sure. In a scientific sense, we’re the only organisms who tear up due to our emotions. Other creatures do so merely to remove irritants from their eyes. Another interesting find is that tears formed from different emotions actually contain different chemical makeups. Jeff and Anthony have a candid discussion about this phenomenon they have no first hand experience with.

soul. Yes. I had one adjective that I could spend on you. I'm a delicate flower. My problem is

1:14.2

maybe that I feel too much. You do feel a lot. I feel a lot of feelings. You're an empath. That's

those confused too. Same root word, I think. I think it means the same thing. Are you a big

1:33.1

cryer? I have to admit I am especially when it comes to movies. I cry. I cry. I know people who

listen to this last film cast know that I'm always talking about how a movie made me cry. I don't

1:45.8

cry necessarily because it's sad. I cry when I see things that are heroic or beautiful or

1:50.5

intensely because you've never done anything like that in your life. And it's just like one day.

1:54.6

One day. Maybe I'll be a hero. I'm going to get a chance to do something like that. Yeah.

happening to other people and you tend to be able to just empathize. Ampethize. I know I do
