Texas was once the gold standard for real estate investing.

But now with falling prices, high insurance costs, and a lot of natural disasters,

some investors are wondering, is the juice still worth the squeeze?

Well, you guys may know that Texas is on a rocket ship.

It passed 30 million people in 2022. You think about that,

30 million people. It's like its own country. Yeah. You know, and you guys know, we own stuff there,

right? So we own in Fort Worth in San Antonio. We own Houston. We own in Austin. We own in Dallas. And so these are

markets that I'm intimately aware of. But as you may or may not know, there's a lot of stuff

kind of bubbling down below it, you know, like as an investor. Yeah, we're hearing a lot of stuff

about the Texas market. You know, there's a lot of stuff about the Texas market.

You know, there's a lot of online chatter about how bad it is and how things are going

really poorly in the whole state.

But as Ken likes to talk about, you know, saying a whole state's doing poorly is not really
