Well, this is a first since I started doing the podcast two, three years ago, three and a half years ago, and then even the daily 10-minute podcast, this is the first time I've ever released two episodes in the same day.

So to set the scene, it is actually in the afternoon.

I'm walking along a wooded path, different from the one that I normally traverse.

Here, this one has quite a few leaves, and it's very short, and in a moment I'll be in a field.

And I have walked in this field before, have even recorded a couple of episodes in a moment, I'll be in a field. And I have walked in this field before.

but I haven't been back here in quite some time.

And there's along this path, there's a deep gully that is filled with water. I would not appreciate coming up upon that during the early

morning when I normally record these episodes. So earlier today, I released the regular episode

of walking as fitness for today. It was all about the benefits of taking an early morning walk,

of walking in the morning. I love mornings. In fact, I've said before if my entire day could be

just one long morning, I'd be all okay with that. But I also recognize that there are some benefits,

some pretty intense benefits to walking in the afternoon.

And many of you walk in the afternoon, and you might even be getting a little annoyed with this

constant, mornings are great. Aren't mornings wonderful? Get up early and go for a walk.
