| 1:00.9 | the middle class, the people who stay broke because they come up with excuses, have constantly |
| 1:06.3 | said, now is a terrible time to invest in real estate. 2018 is a bad time. 2019, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24. |

| 1:16.9 | And that is going to come from people most of the time who've never bought real estate |
