Well not really in front of me because you know I usually do in studio now, but Jason

Nichol is all the way in Denver market.

So Jason introduce yourself, tell us a little bit about your background and welcome to

the podcast.

Hey Max, thanks for having me.

Let's see.

So as you said, I'm in Denver.

I did my first deal in 2014.

I was a graphic and web designer up and so that point had my own web design and graphic

design business and realized pretty quickly that, well it was really over time.

But virtually, you know, after doing it for probably five years I realized it wasn't

going to pay the bills the way that I wanted to.
