Hello and welcome to Coffey House shots. I'm James Heel and I'm joined today by

Katie Paul's and Isabel Harman in Birmingham on the last day at the Conservative Conference.

Now I've just heard from speeches from all four Tory candidates. Katie what was your

initial reaction to hearing those 20 minute speeches from each of them?

So obviously the question of this conference has been who is going to be David Cameron

that will be studying David Cameron's 2005 speech where of course I think

just bad to say there was a bit of momentum building behind David Cameron before he

took to the stage but it was seen as the speech that sealed the deal for him, put David Davis back in his place,

and the rest is history.

So could you have one of the four candidates today use what were meant to be 20-minute

features to do that.

The first thing is the 20 minute rule, despite all the fighting behind the scene saying

it can't be 10 minutes, it can't be 40 minutes.

No one really paid any attention to the time limit. I think we had two definitely

in James Clavady and Robert Genrick who just spoke for as long as they wanted to, I think

about half an hour each, which means we're, you know, recalibrating our travel plans,

not to make it about us. But I think, you know, was there a game-changing moment? We always talk about
