0:52.7	So I've got two regulation, well, one regulation and one sort of letter.
0:58.5	So today the Department of Labor came out with a new proposed regulation on overtime rules.
1:06.2	So right now, if you make, there's a salary threshold of $35,500 a year that basically
1:14.7	says if someone says you're salary at that point, you can basically not get overtime.
1:20.2	And so the classic example of how this works out is if you're in a fast food restaurant
