0:27.9	It started back in April at the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation in the state of North Dakota,
0:32.7	and at first it was just a few tribal members, gathering to protest the construction of an oil
0:38.1	pipeline, which is projected to run 1,200 miles from the Dakotas to Illinois.
