I have crunched some numbers and my eyes have been open. We're going to talk about why as it pertains to the 2025 NFL draft class for the Miami Dolphins.

We have reached what used to be, and I understand back in the day, it used to be, what was before

78, 14 games was an NFL regular season.

So seven games was the halfway point.

And then it was 16 and now it's 17.

And by the time the next CBA rolls around, it's probably going to be 18.

And then nine games is going to be the halfway point.

So five years from now, we'll be doing this another week later in the calendar for the

dolphins in their season with their draft classes.

But eight games in, effectively halfway through our rookie seasons for this draft class

of the Dolphins that had eight draft choices.
