Hello to you all.

It is the G.C. and I am getting over my illness from last week.

Oh, I can't tell you how it made me feel.

I had a chest infection, I had lots of work on, I couldn't cancel any work, but the good news is I'm off to

Dubai so as I'm recording this podcast, I am packing my cases. I've got three and I'm quite organized.

Normally I'm always packing on a last minute rush because I've been ill I've had a little bit of time at home so when

you're listening to this I could well be truly sunning my fabulous crevacious body on that Sunlouger.

But a few weeks ago I forgot the name of my podcast on TV.

Sometimes you just can't think in the moment,

but I do know the name of my podcast.

It is Jemma Collins, but when I go on the Celebrity Juice Show,

Keith Lemon, you never know what he's gonna do,

and I just froze in the moment. So what are you all up to today? I hope you're having a lovely day.

The winter is here with us now. There's no escaping it, so I hope you're wrapped up warm somewhere.

But what I want to talk to you today about is advice, because I always dish it out to you at home but I wanted to talk about why I love

giving it out so much. I sure have lived a very strange life and I speak from the heart and I speak from experience.
