On the Monday after the annual White House correspondence dinner, where the president and a chosen comedian get to roast

whoever in Washington politics and media they choose to. But there was a gap in recent years,

as President Biden noted, when he took the stage. This is the first time the president attended

this dinner in six years.

It's understandable. We had a real coup, if that occurred.

So the president got a few digs in, but he was just the warm-up act for Trevor Noah,

host of the Daily Show.

Let's be honest, what are we doing?

Like, did none of you learn anything from the gridiron dinner? Nothing. Huh? Like, do you read any of your own newspapers? I mean, I expect this from Sean Hannity, but the rest of you, what are you doing here? You guys spent the last two years telling everyone the importance of wearing masks and avoiding large indoor gatherings.

Then the second someone offers you a free dinner, you all turn into Joe Rogan.

Huh?
