Governor Ron Desantis nearly three years ago signing Florida's voter suppression bill and doing it live on Fox and

Friends.

That little exclusive became sort of a campaign hallmark.

Desantis built his ill-fated presidential candidacy on turning his state into a Mago

Wonderland.

A year later, Desantis signed the so-called Stop Woke Act, a law that essentially banned the teaching of race

and racism in the state of Florida if it made white people uncomfortable.

Governor Desantis supported the idea that slavery benefited enslaved people,

doubling down on a new curriculum that suggested the idea that slavery benefited enslaved people,
