I say to parents a lot of times, I want you to let the bottom 20% go.

And it came from a conversation with an anxious mom who just was spinning with her mind in her words.

And so at the end, I literally chased her out of my office saying let the bottom 20% go because I just thought you got to let go something.

You cannot keep stressing and focusing with your kids making a huge issue out of everything because it's impacting your

relationship.
