Hi everybody. I just wanted to give a brief content warning before we start this episode,

which is that this episode deals with a lot of talk about addiction and includes discussion

of active use of heroin and opiates and alcohol. And while a lot of the theme of this episode

is also about sobriety and recovery, I know that these are things that some people would rather not

hear. And that's totally fine. And if that's you, then we still love you. And you can join us

for our next episode. But I really hope you guys like this one and be well, etc.

Welcome to Binge Topia.

We hope you enjoy your stay.

Hello and welcome back to a Binge Topia bonus episode. I am here today with a very special guest.

Her name is Ida. Hello, Ida. Hi. Hello. Ida and I met under quite unusual circumstances. I

started taking Pilates classes, as you guys know. And I went to a Pilates class with Ida. And it

was really the only one that I had enjoyed in a long time. And then I was like, my back is hurting

and my core is not right. And then you said, oh, come take a private lesson with me. And then

we talked for like half the time, probably got half as much done. Yes, definitely.

As in a normal lesson, maybe. And then we I started going over to your house for lessons and we

started chatting. And it felt very serendipitous to me. I felt there was like a universe connection.

Definitely. Definitely. Yeah, it was very nice. And I just have really enjoyed talking with you

and chatting. And so I wanted to bring you on the pod and ask you a little bit about your life.

Is there any way you would like to be introduced other than my Pilates teacher?

I'm just Ida. You're just Ida. Multifaceted. I'm just Ida. Yeah. Can you talk a little bit about

like I don't know if you can give like a reader's digest version of your life story and then we

can get a little more into it. I know that's kind of a tall ask. It's hard to hard to do that
